Domain Hunter Gatherer – Find Expired Domains Automatically!

Domain Hunter Gatherer, The Best Way To Find Expired Domains and Build a PBN

The importance of backlinks, SEO tactics, and using expired domains or a  PBN to secure a good ranking on Google searches can’t be overlooked.  In today’s world of online marketing, whether you have a blog, do affiliate marketing, have an eCom (Shopify, Etsy, eBay, etc…) store or just have a pet passion project that you’d like the world to see – you need to use SEO (at least some) tactics to get yourself seen. As the owner of a digital agency we work with clients to get them more internet traffic through SEO, local wifi hotspots, YouTube video traffic and even Pay-Per-Click campaigns. However, the Pay-Per-Click is out of scope for this topic even though it is the “great equalizer” when it comes to online traffic if you don’t have page 1 Google ranking yet.

Backlinks,  SEO, Why Expired Domains, and the Important PBN

There is on-page SEO and off-page SEO. For this discussion I’ll be speaking to off-page SEO and specifically backlinks that are already associated with expired domains that you could provide a boost to your domain authority and provide better SEO rankings. There is another purpose for this tactic and it’s to build Private Blog Networks, which are blogs you (or someone) owns that is very selective in what and when they provide backlinks to other sites because they wish to protect their inherited domain authority if they purchased expired domains for the purpose of building a PBN or they built up their domain authority and want to protect what they have built. Either way Google trusts that they have good content and because of that trust any when a PBN posts a link to another site that site will receive some “domain authority juice” and could experience a boost in their own Google SEO rankings.

Got a Good Memory?

So you can see why this use of expired domains can be a tactic you’d want to investigate. But the real time to look for good opportunities is before they are expired. With the competition that is out there if you wait someone else will have found it and snatched it up. Additionally, there are so many domain auction sites that it can be dizzying to remember what you saw and where… it’s can be a confusing and time consuming effort. And this is where Domain Hunter Gatherer comes in. This platforms helps you see what is about to expire and allows you to prepare to pounce on the domains as soon as it’s available. As I’m always looking for easier more automatized way to build my own network or websites I came across Domain Hunter Gatherer and was very impressed with their services and pricing since the lowest level is FREE (how can you complain about that?).

Here is their video giving a high level overview:

Levels of Service

The FREE level will get you started and make your life much easier. There will be some manual steps you’ll have to complete if you opt for this level but this tool will help you find what is available and then you can start to focus on the work needed to secure them.

The next level up is Premium at $17.00 a month and provides all what the FREE version provides and more services for Web 2.0 sites with links AND social shares which provide even more of that “domain authority juice” we are all so eager to obtain. More threads, and unlimited accounts are also included as well as a 30 day money back guarantee. A no brainer for anyone looking to make their life a bit more streamlined.

And Finally there is the Professional level at $87.00 a month, which throws in the kitchen sink and provides everyone one could need to find any site they wish to acquire in one spot (except to actually purchase the domain when they find it). The service offered for the Professional level are too numerous to list here so I’ll just provide a link for you to check out yourself here.

If you are looking for a means to research expiring domains automatically for your or your client’s use then you need to give Domain Hunter Gatherer a real in depth look.

Inspiration

Inspiration comes in so many guises. Lately for me, I’ve been finding it in rocks. I know that sounds totally weird, but stones, rocks, and crystals have been really brightening up my corner of the world.

Turquoise in particular has become a little teeny bit of an obsession. I don’t know whether to attribute it to summer, because typically I go through a kind of bohemian phase in the summer or because I need the vibrations it puts out. I’m not sure, but either way I’m really winning some major points at work and in my thought patterns with it!

Here’s a really great article I found on the properties of turquoise.

In general, I’m not shy. I’m actually a pretty accomplished lecturer and public speaker, but I think right now I’m working on the ability to see things clearly, to finish the tasks I start out to do.

Heavy stuff, I know. It is Saturday night after all! 🙂

Point is, go with your gut and do what you feel is right. That’s God sending you a message of help in the right direction, and you can’t go wrong with that!

Have a lovely rest of the weekend and talk with you soon!

Wherever I end up, I usually find something that grabs my attention…

Freeways are normally kind of sterile places, but since we’ve had more rain, we’re having quite a long flower show!

I suppose that it goes without saying, you can find inspiration wherever you are, in whatever stage of life you’re moving through.

Always remember that every day is a journey and choose to put something great in it somewhere!

Love to you and yours! Happy Friday, all!

Happy New Year!

One of the most amazing things about living in Southern California is the weather, or should I say the lack of weather. (It never rains or snows here.)

This weekend there was a little break in the rain, before the “big” storm was set to arrive, so we took advantage of it with a drive up the coast. The sunsets, dolphins, and quiet really get into your spirit and lift you up…the clouds last night were amazing!

I don’t know if the weather will hold, but the memories of yesterday afternoon certainly will stick with me for awhile. 🙂

Hope your week is off to an amazing start! Be well and be blessed!

When things gel, you know it.

Feeling really thankful tonight. For lots of things…from the huge to blissfully simple.

That moon tonight, it’s for all of us. Taking a few to ponder it this evening.

Be well and be blessed, all!

Color can carry you away…

Right now, I’m loving the warmth of orange.

Seeing it conjures up images of sunsets, pumpkins, and firelight for me, so it must be I’m in the mood for autumn and everything wonderful that comes with it.

Funny how inspiration can touch you, isn’t it?

Hoping your day is equally enlightening, whatever you’re into!

I also love this real-food version of the ubiquitous, (but delicious!), pumpkin spice latte…enjoy!

I’ve just recently found the answer to my summer hair problems!  (Click that for the whole story)

(Yeah, I had an overheating issue and actually resorted to cutting it shorter for relief.)

Making a long story short, the plastic jaw clip wasn’t cutting it for me and I somehow stumbled on these beautiful and luxe solutions from Lilla Rose.  I was so taken by the flexi clip I ordered,  I became a marketing consultant to share them with my friends and family, which includes you!

I’ve never had “fancy” hair, but love that these beautiful clips make my hair seem that way!  There’s so much inspiration and freedom with them, create you own style!

Please check them out and let me know what you think!  If you have a friend who’d like them, feel free to share this link:

Here’s also a little video about how to choose the right size for your style:

Have a brilliant day, all!  Much love to you and the fam!

Time surely does fly when you’re busy, have you noticed that?

I often wonder how I get on tangents in life. I’ve been all over the spectrum this last year, from finance to figuring out how people think. I’ve learned a lot, (some of which I wish I hadn’t-LOL), but ultimately I’ve discovered something about myself.

Being grounded isn’t just for electrical work. Having your eye on a stable, steady landmark is what keeps you from being lost. Helps you stay on track.  Helps you enjoy the moment you’re in, even if later a better one takes its place…

I’m not losing sight of that beacon, I’m just exploring a little.

It’s good to be home, I’ve missed you all, my friends!

Be well and be blessed. Talk with you soon!

Everyone is blogging!

ATTENTION BLOGGERS OR WEBSITE BUILDERS.  Don’t miss the link at the bottom of this post!

We seem to see blog for fun, to document life, to help people find out about new things that are cool, to inspire others…the list is as varied as the people on this planet. There’s so much cool stuff out there, you really have to plan and optimize to get it seen by anyone, and that takes a little know-how.

I found that starting a new blog, for whatever your cause, is time consuming. It takes forever to set up, delete the generic pages, pick a them, populate the parts you want to…and most of the time, if you’re like me, you forget to do half of it! Your site runs slowly, it doesn’t rank well on Google, nobody ever sees what your sharing…

Save a TON of Time!

I found this AMAZING WordPress plugin that does ALL OF THAT SETUP in like 10 seconds. All perfectly done for you! Even if you have an old blog that is bogged down with tons of content and comments and you want to start fresh, you can even use this cool plugin to wipe it all clean and reset it! Nice!

Here’s the link, it has a little video that says it better than I can…
Instant Blog Plugin

Just wanted to share it with everyone, because it saves so much time…time you could be using to create more cool content for the world to see!

I love the energy and inspiration these girls have about blogging!

Have a wonderful day and talk to you soon! XO
